- Connexions Direct Need help or guidance relating to jobs, qualifications, drugs, health or anything else that affects your life? Connexions Direct is a service for 13-19 year olds. It offers quick access to information and advice on things that affect teenagers. The helpline is open seven days a week, from 8am to 2am. You can talk to them online, on the phone 080 800 13 2 19 and via email, text 07766 4 13 2 19 and text-phone.
